Hi, I’m Yvette! A travel writer, content creator and Scotland Travel Expert. I’ve lived close to Edinburgh for almost a decade, and made hundreds of trips into the city. My husband also grew up in Edinburgh, so think of this itinerary as the local’s guide to how to best spend 2 days in the city!

This itinerary can easily be spread out over 3 or even 4 days, and includes options for activities and attractions. In my opinion, this is the best way to spend two days in Edinburgh.

I’ve included EVERYTHING I can think of – and I’ve made the itinerary simple to download and print (it’s a text document, black and white, so it’s easy to print at home!).
